Jen Sincero said, “Talking about money is more taboo than talking about sex.”
And honestly? It landed.
Not just the numbers—but the wanting.
The desire.
The fear that having more would somehow make us greedy, selfish, or less spiritual.
But what if being “rich” simply meant having the resources you need to live your fullest, most authentic life?
Wanting support. Wanting ease. Wanting a safe home, nourishing food, meaningful work, spaciousness, travel, healing, pleasure, and the ability to give generously…
None of that makes you greedy.
Sometimes money fear is not a budgeting problem. Sometimes it is a body-level story about safety, worthiness, receiving, and whether life will hold you.
This month, we’re exploring the Earth element, Muladhara, and what it can mean to become more deeply resourced—from the ground up.

I help women completely transform trauma with my 7-Step Heartmind Embodiment Method.
10 years of working with 200+ women in yoga, breathwork and training programs has led me to create this method and know with confidence it works!
Your feet and your pelvic floor are in a conversation right now — and most of us never learned to listen.
This is one of the fastest ways I know to bring your whole nervous system back to a base state. Feet down. Pelvic floor soft. Breath connecting the two.
Press play and do this one with me right now — mat, couch, floor, doesn't matter. Just get your feet down and follow along.
Tell me in the comments how your body feels after 60 seconds of this.

13 years ago, he gave me the perfect gift.
A bag and textile for my card ritual. It wasn't his thing and he might not even really understand it. But he knew it was powerful for me and wanted to support my power!
Today is our official wedding anniversary - 8 years married.
This morning — leaving for Bali tomorrow — I was pulling books off my shelf and found a piece of our wedding: a heart card I sprinkled on all the tables at the wedding that says Lokah Samastha Sukhino Bhavantu.
Translation: May all beings everywhere be happy, healthy and free. And may I contribute to my own and other's happiness, health and freedom.
I taught that same phrase to a client this weekend! That's not a coincidence — that's
I N T E G R A T I O N.
8 years of this relationship has been the container for the real work: choosing responsibility over blame, getting clearer on what I want, becoming someone who could actually receive love instead of just surviving it.
This is the Heartmind Method in real life. Not a framework on a slide — a marriage, a library shelf, a phrase that keeps finding me.
I don't feel lucky.
I feel wealthy. And I thank every younger version of me who took the risks, stayed in the faith, and did the work that made this life possible.
Your body isn't refusing to ground.
It's waiting for proof that it's safe to do so.
Your vagus nerve tracks that question down your body — am I safe?
Am I safe? Am I safe? —
and it can stop anywhere: the jaw, the chest, the gut, the pelvic floor.
In yogic tradition, that's the muladhara chakra — the root. And when it stays unsafe there, it has a cost.
Not because you're bad at grounding. Not because you're not lucky enough to feel the earth. It's because you're stuck in the loop of asking, again and again — am I safe?
That costs you your presence. Your energy. Your ability to actually root into your own life.
You're not behind. Your body is doing its job.

Sometimes you have to move down before you move forward. 🌱
This month in the Heartmind Club, we're energizing our ROOTS — the part of the practice that doesn't look like much, but holds everything up.Roots don't rush.
They grow quietly beneath the surface, building the support that lets a tree rise, a plant grow, and both of them bend without breaking when the weather changes.
That's the whole practice this month: trusting your foundation instead of forcing depth.

Your body isn't asking for more thinking. It's asking to be touched, tapped, and told i'm here. 💗
Try this: gently tap your fingertips along your arms and chest while saying those three words. It sounds almost too simple — but that's exactly why we skip it.
This is how you signal safety to a nervous system that's been running on "go" for years.
Save this for the next time you feel disconnected from your body. 🌿And if this resonates — there's someone else you know who needs to hear it. Please share it with them.✨
The full practice is on Youtube Heartmind with Holli!
The story of Medusa isn't just mythology.
It's what happens to our nervous systems when there's nowhere for the rage to go after sexual abuse.
We dry out.
We isolate.
We start to believe we should hide because we've been seen as ugly.
And when we do come out — it can come out as rage that shocks other people.
Like turning them to stone.
And this is the hard place so many survivors are put in.
If I tell my story, will I harm someone else.
Will I shock them.
Will I burden them with something they then have to carry.
If you've ever whispered "I'm so sorry I have to tell you this" — I invite you to sit with that for a moment 💗
It's not weakness. It's not too much. It's your body saying something.
We know about secondary trauma ○ We feel guilty for passing the story on.
And yet — you cannot hold this alone. No one can.
This is the painful, monstrous duty of being the one who was harmed —
to hold something unholdable by yourself, and then find the courage to speak it so it can transform.
The work is not to stay stone. The work is to Stay. Soften. Return. ○
If you're feeling like this resonates 💞 — you're not alone. This is the trauma-transforming work. And I'm so glad you're here doing it.

Haven't I done enough?
If you're feeling like this resonates, I invite you to sit with that for a moment.
So many of us have done the therapy, the journaling, the yoga, the trying so hard to be "good" and grounded.
And still — to trust the body can feel impossible.
It's not laziness, it's your body saying something.
In this clip I share a simple place to begin again:
TAP. SINK. THANK.
A gentle way to come home to your body, without forcing or fixing.
And this is where things get really beautiful — when the body feels you stay, it starts to answer: I'm here.
The full 14-min practice is on YouTube.

This is the work. And I'm so glad you're here doing it. 💗
I'm meeting more and more people across the globe, and I'm feeling the tension between desperately wanting connection and the incredible resistance to change.
I totally get it. Vulnerability on those things is really difficult. It can feel searing. I'm putting it into practice myself.
What better time to keep fulfilling my mission — to support thawing out our trauma and reclaiming our minds in the heart — than with a second season of Heartmind with Holli.
After 1 year of doing this, I have a stronger grasp on how to make it better for listeners, and for the folks who really need support.
This first episode is just a short welcome back, and a dive into vulnerability — how it's the floor we have to lay on in order to change.
