After many years riding clipped in (aka clipless pedals) Ive finally made the move to flats. Not only do flats allow you to easily get your foot on the ground in tricky place, it also makes you consistently move the angle of your foot to maintain grip on your pedal. This angulation also moves around the rest of your body helping to put body in a better position for the tracks and trails that you will be riding. Thanks for the shoes and pedals
