Two great personal trainers come together to form Cult Fit (Brendon Godfrey) and Kougar Fit Bootcamp The venue is awesome with a large oval for use as well.
Cult Fit and Kougar Fit Bootcamp`s use a combination of circuit training, boxing, Bodyweight exercises and Fully Functional Training. Join a team of fun and hardworking Bootcampers. Classes are every Monday from 6.30-7.30pm at the Lauderdale Primary School Gymnasium, Acton Road, Lauderdale. The cost is $15.00 per session. You must have some fitness experience but different levels are catered for and modified.
Hey there fellow bootcampers, awesome training tommorrow 6.30-7.30pm at warrane primary school.we will be doing MMA conditioning including boxing , kickboxing and wrestling conditioning training.
