STATS & ANALYTICS COACHING COURSE

📅March 15th & 16th
⭐️Featuring Hugh Nguyen- former Men Volleyroos scout, current Women Volleyroos scout and Head of the volleyball scouting team in Australia
⭐️Featuring Mark Lebedew- professional and international coach for more than 20 years, having head coached major clubs (Jastrzębski Węgiel - POL, Berlin Recycling Volleys - GER) and national teams (Australia, Slovenia)

🏐The JDP is hosting a coaching course focusing on scouting and analytics through a series of webinars and a weekend course on the 15th & 16th of March.

🗒️Course format:
Webinar 1: Introduction to analysis - An overview of the AVSL 2024 analysis with a walk through of the tools used to perform it.

Webinar 2: Opponent scouting and match plan preparation (Participants will learn what coaches and analysts are looking for and the philosophies that many of the Science Untangled tools are built on)

Webinar 3: Introduction to scouting with a particular focus on grading systems.

Weekend Course: Your turn to code!

🦔The Echidnas team are looking to expand our capabilities in this area to better prepare our athletes to compete with the best teams in Australia. This is an exciting new area for us and we’re looking for volunteers to assist us in taking this next step forward in our development.

🎯We’re aiming to bring someone on board who can be part of the Echidnas’ coaching group- delivering stats and analysis to assist with game plans and internal training plans.
