The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes to complete, with instant results and access to MotivationLab, a personalised learning platform featuring tailored resources and a closed AI-powered coach.

Whether you're a developing referee, an experienced official or a referee coach, the RMP offers an opportunity to gain valuable insights that can support your ongoing development.
