We are excited to let you know we will be running Bub & Me Aqua Active at the time of 3pm on Tuesdays in Term 4.

Bub & Me Aqua Active is a fun, 30-minute water fitness class designed for parents and carers with your baby or toddler alongside you in a secure float. This class focuses on improving your strength, fitness and wellbeing without the need for childcare. Perfect for parents looking to ease back into exercise, build confidence and enjoy a positive, social environment with their little one by their side.
This class is suitable for babies from 6 weeks to pre school aged children around 4/5 years old.

WHEN: Tuesdays at 3pm in Term 4
WHERE: Prouse Swim School, Golf Course Road Haven

We are excited to announce that we will be running School Holiday Intensive Swimming Lessons during the first week of the upcoming school holidays!

🏊 Monday 21st – Friday 25th September
⏰ Lessons will be 30 minute classes and run between 9:00 am and 12:00 noon
👩‍🏫 Teacher: Siggy
🏊‍♀️ Levels: 3A, 4 & 4A

The cost of the intensive is $89 for the week, and payment must be made during the booking process to secure your child's place.

We anticipate that places will book out quickly, so we encourage you to log in and book as soon as bookings open to avoid missing out.
