2026 Spring Pennant kicked off last week 🌼

We have a different format with 40 people, so it's 10 teams of 4 people in one big section - players have been snaked up and down the grading lines to create their teams 🐍

With the end of Winter Pennant nearing, it means our Spring Pennant is fast approaching so be sure to register early to secure a spot! 🫡

The Spring Pennant starts Wednesday the 9th of September and finishes on the 9th of December. It is a 10-week comp, with finals 🌼

Come & Try Night: Wednesday 26th of August 6pm-7:30pm
Entries Close: Sunday 30th of August (online entries only).

TOURNAMENT RECAPS:

There's been a bunch of events that our members have attended recently. It's been amazing to see so many of them getting out there, challenging themselves and giving squash a go outside of our walls! Kudos to you all 👏 Well done on some great results too 💙

NARACOORTE OPEN saw quite an array of our members attend; Ruth Addlem, Dylan Aitken, Craig Britten, Woody Conboy, Tim Hopper, Conor Lawson, Oliver McDonald, Pat McDonald, Oliver McFarlane, Alison Rasmussen & Lorna Schilling.

Awards: Div 3 R/up: Woody Conboy, Div 4 R/up: Oliver McFarlane, Div 5 Winner: Pat McDonald and Div 6 Winner: Dylan Aitken.

BALLARAT OPEN we had 1 member attend, Craig Britten. Playing in Div 3, a total of 4 matches and ending up 3rd for the division - 2 wins and 2 losses.

BENDIGO OPEN we had a handful attend; Ruth Addlem, Woody Conboy, Tim Hopper, Conor Lawson, Oliver McFarlane, and ex Horshamite Anthony White.

Awards: Div 2 R/up: Tim Hopper, Div 4 Winner: Woody Conboy and Div 5 R/up: Anthony White.

Thank you to all of the hosting clubs for putting on some great tournaments for us to come and visit, it's always a pleasure to visit other clubs and support squash as a whole 😊
