A major milestone for Sydney International Equestrian Centre 🐎
One of the most significant investments in the venue since the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games has been completed following upgrades to the Main Arena and Arena Two, delivering upgraded arena surfaces, improved drainage and irrigation systems, enhanced accessibility and safer facilities for riders and horses.
The upgrades will extend the life of the venue by more than 15 years and strengthen SIEC's capacity to host premier national and international equestrian events, securing its place as one of Australia's leading equestrian venues for years to come.
We caught up with some of the riders from this weekend’s Waratah Showjumping Warm-up Weekend to get their thoughts on the new surface. Check out what they had to say.
