So excited that HPY will soon be able to offer a group Pilates practice on the Combo/Wunda Chair. This apparatus is incredibly fun and extremely humbling! The Reformer is just 1 piece of the Pilates system. We have always had real Pilates Matwork on the timetable (not HIIT or a thousand lunges with tiny weights, actual Pilates ๐Ÿ˜‚) and Iโ€™m looking forward to providing more opportunities to our community to experience the Pilates method. Well done to our amazing team on the 1st of many Chair classes at HPY and thanks so much Kyra for guiding us ๐Ÿ™
