Outdoor Raw is new wave experiential learning/recreation company. Our company provides customers with the opportunity to grow through the medium of adventure in natural settings. This incudes a wide range of activities, from rock climbing and bushwalking, all the way through to initiative and team-building games. Outdoor Raw provides “real” experiences to its clientele, while following current safety practices and industry standards, applying them in new and exciting contexts and activities. Outdoor Raw’s passion for Adventure and growth drives all that we do. Outdoor Raw aims to provide quality, value for money experiences for customers, while ensuring enticing salaries and fair conditions for workers, while profiting enough to ensure healthy growth for the company. The 3 main client groups we serve are:
• School Groups – Offering programs for both small and large groups. Particular effort in with these clients is put into providing clear pathways to ‘lighten the load’ for organizing teachers, engaging “Real” programs for students and having the option for developed curriculum linkages.

• Corporate Groups- Offering programs with a focus on giving the participants practical not fanciful take-home skills and messages. Sessions devolving areas such as teamwork, communication and leadership and much more, with particular emphasis on taking the “cringe” factor out of corporate development programs, and having an enjoyable time while doing so.

• Public Groups- Offering quality adventure with participants to personalised engaging experiences. Programs for community groups such as Youth working agencies, Church groups and Sporting teams. Outdoor Raw offers tailored programs to meet and exceed clients needs and requirements. Outdoor Raw’s staff focus on creating a ever-growing, constantly evolving, engaging workplace, with a focus on support, safety and healthy environment.

Thanks to Elizabeth Musson and Shoalhaven City Council yesterdays crag clean up was a massive success. Also everyone who showed up went home with a killer new bouldering brush from Climbing Anchors 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Main focus this time around was lantana and the team managed to remove a ton of it👌🏽. Here ᴏᴜᴛᴅᴏᴏʀ ʀᴀᴡ we believe it’s our responsibility to care for the places we love…. Simple concept.
Can’t wait to see the crew again, bigger and better on the next one. Catch you there!

Kids love to climb! Actually so do adults, and teenagers. Kids just don’t have to be reminded about it. There aren’t many sports where mum and dad can give 100% and be at similar level. If that’s not a good family challenge I don’t know what is 👍🏽
