Sport of Balance Workshop
How good is your balance, really? Join us for a 90-minute introduction to the ‘Sport of Balance’ to find out!
You will learn:
* How your foot function affects your balance (and vice versa)
* The power of balance for integrating strength, mobility and coordination
* An accessible, scalable and enjoyable balance training system
* Simple challenges and fun games that bring an element of friendly competition
* How to seamlessly integrate these into your daily practice
Presented by Jim Dooner (physiotherapist and Head of Training at The Foot Collective) this workshop is the first of its kind and is part of a bigger mission to make foot and balance training the standard in our society, across all ages and ability levels.
