That’s a wrap on our 2026 Athletics Season! ✨

From sprints to long jumps, PBs to big smiles – what an incredible season it has been. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💨

A huge thank you to our amazing athletes for giving it their all, our families for their endless support, and our coaches and volunteers for making each week possible. 🙌💛

This year, we proudly celebrated 51 registered members — more than double where we were just two years ago. 💛

We held two Championship Days, giving our athletes the opportunity to compete, challenge themselves and earn points towards Age Championships.

At the end of this year we will welcome new shade structures and remediation works to the ground surface, helping to improve our facilities for our athletes and families.

And we’re not quite finished yet! We are incredibly proud to have seven HRAC athletes heading to the 2026 NQ Championships next weekend, representing our club at the next level.

It’s an exciting time to be part of Herbert River Athletics Club, and we can’t wait to see where our athletes and our club go from here. 🖤💛
