You Can Do FIT Our mission is to help every woman feel capable, energised, and proud of making time for herself. What is your excuse?

We are a Women's only facility and provide an environment for you that is flexible, supportive and friendly, making it easy for you to be inspired to take part in our classes or personal training sessions. We embrace and accept you, as you are, and hope to inspire you not to feel overwhelmed or to be confused about how to start your health and fitness journey - we provide training based on what works for you and not the latest trend. After all health is not a 4, 8 or 12 week challenge, it is not going home so exhausted that you cannot bear the thought of going again, it is not something you have to do 7 days per week. It is how we respect ourselves, how we live life every day, how we feel and how we age and if we are mums we have the added responsibility of how we teach our children to live life by following our example (No wonder we feel the pressure at times). To busy looking after others and not yourself, over committing then not being able to follow through, not knowing where to start so you don’t bother starting, conflicting information that overwhelms you, unable to find the right time or place to suit your needs, not able to prioritise yourself over the special others in your life such as your children, family and friends. Are you ready to get rid of your excuses once and for all in a way that uniquely suits you, no gimmicks, and no confusing information? We do the planning with you and help you make small changes as you are ready, helping you build the life you dream of and changing for the better! Our community based business at Birralee Reserve in Innaloo provides for a child friendly environment with a free crèche service during our 9:15am classes and we have access to the hall to hold our classes in when required, so we never have to cancel a session.

"I’ll start Monday.”
How often do you say that to yourself?

But really… what is so special about Monday?
If you want to get started, why not start today?

You don’t have to suddenly overhaul everything. Start by carving out a little bit of time in your day or planning meals/ snacks for next week.

Go for a walk, maybe a jog.
Do a few bodyweight exercises at home whilst waiting for the washing machine to finish.

Because then Monday comes around…
You’re tired from the weekend, you had a busy couple of days. You didn’t get everything done that you wanted to.

So you tell yourself:
“I’ll go home today and get that done, then I’ll start tomorrow.”
And before you know it, tomorrow becomes Monday again.

I know these sayings well because I say them to myself too.
We can always find a reason to wait.

But you don’t need a Monday to start.
You just need to start, don't wait for the perfect time.

As women, mums, partners, carers and professionals, we often spend so much time looking after everyone else that we forget to look after ourselves.

Mental health is just as important as physical health. If not more so.

This World Mental Health Day, let's remember that prioritising ourselves isn't selfish, it's necessary.

A little movement, fresh air, connection and time for yourself can have a powerful impact on your mental wellbeing.

So if you need a reminder today, here it is: you matter too. 💜 Take the walk. Join the class. Give yourself permission to put your own well being on the list.

Because a healthier mind supports a healthier life. 🌿💜

P.S. Reach out to a friend that you have been meaning to contact. You never know what that one message or call can do for someone. x

After speaking to many women we heard that the biggest struggle is being consistent with exercising. We created Spring Momentum to help you get back into a routine, build strength, improve energy, and create habits that support real life.

Spring isn’t about starting from scratch.

It’s about looking at what’s working, what isn’t, and creating routines that support the season of life you’re in. 🌱

As we get older, our priorities change.

Exercise isn't just about burning calories or getting through a workout. It's about keeping your body strong enough to do the everyday things we often take for granted.

Things like...
✔️ Walking up and down the stairs with confidence.
✔️ Getting up off the ground if you have a fall.
✔️ Improving your balance to help reduce your risk of falling.
✔️ Bending down to pick something up off the floor. ✔️ Carrying the shopping or taking the bins out.
✔️ Getting up from a chair or off the toilet without struggling.

These are some of the most important movements you can train.

Every squat, every lunge, every balance exercise and every strength session is helping build a body that can support you not just today, but for many years to come.

That's why we do them.
Because my goal isn't just to help you feel stronger now...
It's to help you stay independent for as long as possible.

✨ Consistency often starts with preparation.

When life gets busy, setting yourself up for success can make all the difference.

These are some of the habits my current clients do:
💜 Lay out your workout clothes the night before
💜 Pack your bag and have it ready to go
💜 Fill up your water bottle
💜 Take your gym bag to work

These small habits remove barriers and make it easier to show up for yourself, even on the busiest days.

Remember, you don't need to be perfect. You just need to make the next healthy choice a little easier.

If you've ever said these words, you're definitely not alone.

"I DON'T HAVE ANYONE TO LOOK AFTER THE KIDS"

For so many parents, finding time to exercise isn't about motivation. It's about juggling work, school, meals, housework.
I made the choice to live in Perth away from my family. I had the guilt; in fact, I still do. It was my decision to be here, so I need to sacrifice myself for my family.

That's exactly why we offer FREE crèche.
It means you don't have to choose between looking after your children and looking after yourself. Often the kids have more fun than you do. As they get older I often hear it was my kids who were asking if we were going to the gym today.

We absolutely love hearing the laughter from the kids while we are moving our bodies. It's become such a special part of our community, and many friendships have started for both mums and little ones.

Come as you are, bring the kids, and let us help make it just that little bit easier.

Because sometimes all someone needs is for one obstacle to be removed.

Tag a mum who needs to know that they've got one less excuse to worry about. 🫶
