Coach Josh has almost 20 years martial arts experience and is an experienced cage fighter. Coach Rick has many years’ experience in Muay Thai and previously owned his own gym in Thailand. Assistant coach Cruz is a Muay Thai title belt holder and takes some of our pad classes. All coaches are always here to ensure you receive the most out of your lessons! We are a family-owned martial art and fitness gym, situated in Ipswich at 203 Brisbane street. Our classes are for everyone from 3 years and up including male and female - young and old. Fitness Kickboxing is a great way to get fit and learn some skills without getting hit and make some new friends along the way. This is for young and old - male and female and is our most popular non-contact class. Muay Thai/Kickboxing is a contact class which is fantastic for everyone where we teach you a broad range of skills. Our muay thai training has separate classes. from 3 years old


You also can compete if you like and we have several students who compete in Muay Thai and mixed martial art and jiu jistu plus boxing
