Norths Day was a fantastic success, and it was great to see so many past players back at the club catching up and sharing memories.

A reminder for when you take the field, following new FIH rules and IHA by-laws, no jewellery, watches or bobby pins are permitted.

The only jewellery permitted is that which can not be removed, which must be covered. This also applies to goalkeepers and umpires.

Please don't get upset with your managers, techs, and umpires when you are not allowed to take the field until the rules are followed.

We also remind you that players must wear shin pads.
