Ipswich Eagles Australian Rules Football club is located in the heart of Ipswich , with strong ties with the defence force through many current and past players who have served our country.

The Ipswich Eagles originated in 2001 in its current location after formally being known as the Amberley Eagles. Over the last 5 years the club has invested heavily in its juniors growing to over 120 future Eagles coming through the ranks.

We have many talented footballers who have played at a very high level but choose to play here as they enjoy the environment that the Eagles have built over a period of time and the quality of people that are involved.

Ipswich Eagles are continuesly looking for new players at all times to play in their seniors and reserves, both women's and men's and have been a strong, consistent club. The men's team have played in 2 grand finals and a preliminary final in the past 4 seasons with the women's winning a grand final and playing in a preliminary final in the last 2 years.
