Hito No Kage Ryu Ninjutsu

Hito No Kage Ryu is a Ninjutsu school with 21st-century self-defense applications. First class is free.

Training includes self-defence, muscle strengthening, stretching, cardio exercises, discipline, weapons, and meditation techniques. While students will still learn the self-defence skills associated with Ninjutsu, weapons training is completely voluntary.
