You asked, and we delivered… Buddy Week is back at BodySwitch, but this time we’re not doing just ONE week…

🔥 We’re doing TWO WHOLE WEEKS! 🔥

Starting Monday 8 June, you can bring a friend, family member, work colleague, neighbour, or anyone you’ve been trying to convince to join you at the gym! 💪

Here’s how it works:

✅ Your buddy can train with you for FREE during Buddy Week
✅ They get access to the same membership benefits that YOU have
✅ Group Fitness Member? They can attend classes with you!
✅ Gym Member? They can use the gym with you!
✅ Want to try something different together? This is the perfect opportunity!

The only exclusions are:
❌ Mat Pilates Classes
❌ Personal Training Sessions (unless organised directly with your PT)

We love seeing our members share the BodySwitch experience with the people they care about, and who knows… your gym buddy might just become our newest BodySwitch family member! ❤️

I got to catch up with one of our awesome members Sam about her journey here at BodySwitch Health & Fitness 🥰💪

Sam has trained at other gyms before, but she said there’s just something special about the vibe at BodySwitch that you won’t find anywhere else ❤️ From the moment she walked in, she felt welcomed, supported and genuinely comfortable being herself.

She’s been showing up consistently and putting in the work — and while we can definitely see the physical changes happening, her biggest win was simply saying she just feels SO much better within herself ❤️

What we loved even more was hearing that her consistency inspired her husband to join too 👏 Now they get to train together while their son enjoys our creche 🧸👨‍👩‍👦

With the fields rained out, Brandon brought in the Ipswich Brothers Open Women’s Football Team to train in our space last night — and we absolutely loved being able to support them 🙌⚽️

One of the things we’re most proud of at BodySwitch is the diversity of people and groups we get to welcome through our doors every single week. From mums and bubs, teens, over 55s, athletes, sporting teams, local schools, local businesses and everyday people just wanting to feel better — this space is for EVERYBODY 🫶

We’re more than just a gym. We’re a community built on inclusiveness, support, encouragement and connection. We love being able to open our doors not only to our members, but to the wider Ipswich community whenever we can ❤️

Just a quick update for our amazing BodySwitch crew 💪🏼

Due to the Ipswich Show Day public holiday, all Group Fitness classes and Creche services will be CLOSED for the day ❤️

BUT… Riley has kindly offered to run a special 9AM Group Fitness session for anyone wanting to kickstart their Show Day with a sweat 🔥🏋🏼‍♀️

Today we celebrate all the amazing Mum’s out there 💗✨
The mums, soon-to-be mums 😍💋😘, step mums, aunt mums, fur baby mums 🐶🐱, the women nurturing, loving, guiding and showing up every single day in all the ways that matter 💕

This Mother’s Day we were lucky enough to spend the morning doing something we absolutely love here at BodySwitch Health & Fitness — moving our bodies, connecting with incredible people and soaking up the beauty of nature 🌿⛰️

Today we tackled Mt Ngungun overlooking the stunning Sunshine Coast ☀️ What an experience! We got to share the adventure with one of our incredible members and one of my closest friends Amy and her son 💕 It was his very first mountain climb 🥹, Amy’s second and Logan’s second climb too! Watching the kids push themselves, explore and feel proud at the top was honestly so special 🫶

Moments like these are such a reminder that health and fitness isn’t just about the gym — it’s about experiences, connection, adventure, memories and feeling alive 💪✨

Feeling incredibly grateful for this beautiful community we have built together ❤️
