🚴‍♂️❤️ 115KM, $86,000 RAISED & ONE INCREDIBLE COMMUNITY! ❤️🚴‍♂️

Today, we had the absolute privilege of supporting the St Edmund’s College Skool 2 Skoolies Bike Ride, an incredible tradition that began 23 years ago! 🙌

We couldn’t be prouder to have sponsored one of the young men taking on this challenge, with three of our other BodySwitch members also participating! 💪🚴‍♂️

But what made today even more special was standing at the school, looking around the room and seeing SO many familiar faces. 🥹❤️

Teachers, parents, students, past and present members — it was a beautiful reminder of just how deeply BodySwitch is woven into the fabric of our Ipswich community. 🫶

And what an achievement by these young men! 👏

💰 An incredible $86,000 raised!
❤️ Supporting two wonderful charities — St Vincent de Paul and Ipswich Hospice.

Today also marks the boys’ very last day of Year 12, and what a way to finish their school journey! 🎓

They’ll be riding an incredible 115km from St Edmund’s College all the way to Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast! 🌊🚴‍♂️

We wish every single rider a safe journey, strong legs and an unforgettable experience! 💪❤️

And finally, a HUGE thank you to our amazing BodySwitch members and team. 🫶

It’s because of YOU that we’ve been able to build a business that does so much more than fitness. A business that connects people, supports families, strengthens our community and gives back to the place we proudly call home.

This is what BodySwitch is all about. More than a gym. A community. ❤️🖤

We sincerely hope to be part of this wonderful initiative again in the years to come!

I recently had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with our very own Riley and one of our amazing members (and Riley’s PT clients), Chrissy, for a little chat about training, sport and what makes BodySwitch so special! 🎤✨

💪 Riley brings something pretty special to the table!

As an elite athlete himself, combined with his ongoing studies in Exercise Physiology, Riley has a unique understanding of what it takes to train, perform and recover.

Whether you’re an elite athlete chasing your next personal best or someone simply wanting to get fitter, stronger and healthier, Riley uses that knowledge and firsthand experience to tailor his PT sessions and group classes to the people in front of him! 🙌🔥

And speaking of elite athletes… 🥇

🏊‍♂️ Riley recently competed at the National Swimming Championships, placing FIRST in his heats for BOTH the 50m backstroke and 50m freestyle! What an incredible achievement! 👏👏

🏑 And our superstar Chrissy! She recently competed at the National Women’s Hockey Association Tournament, where she was out there refereeing multiple games! What a legend! 👏❤️

We are incredibly proud of these two, and ALL our BodySwitch members who continue to challenge themselves, chase goals and achieve amazing things, both inside and outside the gym! 🌟

Not only has our Pink Ribbon Soirée officially SOLD OUT, but all 100 raffle tickets for the incredible $8,000 painting generously donated by the talented Bob Harrington have now SOLD OUT too! 🎨🎟️👏

Our hearts are absolutely bursting with gratitude! 💖

👑🎉 HOW DO YOU SPEND A GOOD DAY OFF? 🎉👑

On the King’s Birthday public holiday, we caught up with a few of our members floating around the gym and asked them a very important question…

What do you actually do when you get a bonus day off? 🤔😂

And apparently, coming into BodySwitch for a training session was pretty high on the list! 💪🔥 We LOVE to hear it! 😂

But we also heard:
🌿 Spending some time in the garden
📚 Getting stuck into a good book
😌 Doing absolutely nothing and RELAXING
🥗 Meal prepping and getting organised for the week ahead
🏋️ And, of course… getting a workout in!

There’s something pretty great about a public holiday — no rushing, no normal routine, just a little extra time to do whatever fills your cup. ❤️
