Last Saturday we celebrated the completion of the Junior Season @ Inflatable World Ipswich Queensland

Congratulations to all our Junior players - they trained hard, played fair, improved heaps, and enjoyed a fantastic season!

Particular highlights for the season was one of our 2C teams - finished top of the table and narrowly missed out in the Grand Final.

Also, congratulations to Brody Hoggard, who was awarded the Junior player of the Year. Not only did Brody excel on the pitch, finishing in the top 5 all rounders in the 2C Competition, but more importantly Brody demonstrated fantastic sportsmanship, team spirit, hard work and dedication. A credit to himself and the Club.

Enjoy the off season families, because before you know it, the next preseason will be upon us in no time!!

SENIORS SEASON WRAP UP

With the 2025/26 season coming to a close, unfortunately both our First & Second Grade sides came runners up in their respective Grand Finals on the fourth and final day.

First grade saw Rogan Utz take 9 wickets in the match, with a 5fa in the second innings.
Charlie Utz made a gutsy 87 runs on the final day of play that kept us in the hunt.

Second Grade had two players score centuries this match, Brayden Osbourne 109 off 273 balls in the first innings and Lachie Miller 108 off 63 balls in the second innings.

Overall, for both our teams to make the Grand Final and Thirds making a Semi Final, it was a very successful season for our senior sides.

We like to thank all of our sponsors who have supported us throughout the season, we greatly appreciate it.

We’ll also like to thank the committee and all of the volunteers across the club for your efforts this season, it hasn’t gone unnoticed.

As always, play hard but fair!
Up the Kooks!

SENIORS GRAND FINAL TEAMS

Over the next two weekends, we will see our First and Second Grade teams play for the premiership in their Grand Finals against Laidley Mulgowie.

Below is how our teams will line up for the big dance.

It would be great to see as many supporters as possible over the next two weekends at Ivon Marsden to cheer on the lads!

Also, congrats to both teams for making it this far. Regardless of the result, it’s been another stellar season all across the club, from junior cricket to our senior grades.

The rain over the weekend might have caused some cancelled and abandoned matches .
But there were still some standout player, and team, performances to highlight!
