Bringing the unconscious into the conscious.

I am in week 4 of the current round of Reset and Rise.

It is so interesting what comes up for me while I run programs and support women.

It’s almost like unconsciously I want to re-test the processes personally before I present them.

This week we are learning all about the Victim and Warrior Archetypes and How to move into your Warrior energy.

I have noticed the Victim energy show up hard for me this week.

And ill be honest, sometimes I don’t even notice I’ve gone there, I just get deep into “this is hard and life isn’t fair”, “I work so hard and it isn’t showing” and on and on. Until I realise.

The beauty of it now though is, I catch it pretty quickly, and when I do I do a few processes, reflect on whats been hidden and clean up all the unconscious beliefs and patterns that come to light. Then I get to move on with new found, and deeper, power.

I love that I continue to grow and evolve as I support the women in my spaces to grow and evolve. Life would be pretty ordinary if I didn’t.

Before I had a clear path out of the shadows I would sink deeper and stay stuck longer. The difference it makes to my daily life having clear processes to follow is huge!

You’re not stuck because you’re weak.

You’re stuck because your shadows are running the show.

The Victim. The Saboteur. The Child. The Pr******te.

They’re not bad. They’re protective parts of you—coping in the only ways they know how.

But left unchecked, they can keep you in the burnout loop:
🚫 Overgiving
🚫 People-pleasing
🚫 Playing small
🚫 Doubting yourself
🚫 Feeling exhausted from constantly holding it all together

Here’s the truth:

These archetypes aren’t flaws.

They’re maps—showing you exactly where your power is waiting to be reclaimed.

When you work with me, we don’t push past these shadows—we meet them, integrate them, and rise from a place of full-body clarity.

Because you don’t need another self-help bandaid.
You need to come home to yourself.

I used to run on adrenaline and expectations.
I’d wake up already behind.

Overthink every choice.

Hold it all together until bedtime—then cry in the shower because I didn’t know how to need anything without feeling guilty.

I looked capable on the outside.

Inside, I felt invisible.

That was my version of burnout. And I had no idea that what I actually needed was a reset—not a holiday, not a better planner, not a new affirmation.

I needed rhythm. Boundaries. Nervous system space.
That’s what the principles of BLOOM and Reset and Rise gave me. And now it’s what I offer other women.

You don’t have to break to begin again.

You just need to be willing to honour what your body already knows.

This is the work I guide women through—and BLOOM was just the beginning.

I’m having some really beautiful conversations in my DMs right now with women who are ready to do things differently.
