Final debrief from the weekend. Great work Patrick Trappett and Josh Trappett !

For us the best position we have finished at a Nankang Excel Cup Enduro !

A highly eventful race, with an unfortunate roll over (luckily no one was injured), resulting in the race reduced by 11 laps.

Patrick Trappett and Josh Trappett did exceptionally, so many overtakes and hardest fought racing ever completed. The last 10 laps were action packed !

Additionally, the team at Queensland Raceway for running a great weekend.

The weekend was a tough one on "Ian", taking alot of hits, some quite hard and although alot of the mechanical damage was corrected over the weekend, at this stage we can't see ourselves at the last round, there is a bit too much to fix in 3 weeks and bit too much cash involved given the other motorsport we are involved in as well.

We will see what we can pull together for the rest of the racing season as we still compete in Mustang Cup Australia... stay tuned for more updates on that part of our calendar.

Well that was better !

Josh Trappett started P 23 and jumped up to P14, most of those position gained in the first lap... then some great drafting through the field with Mr Dusty, driving for BPro this weekend.

Now onto the final race for the weekend, the last Enduro Race, 49 Laps later today.

Not sure where to start the debrief of this one...not the best day at the track....

We started P 9, got tangled up with an incident at turn 1 Lap 1 and dropped back to P24. Fought back hard with some impressive move from Josh to get back to P 12. Pat jumped in, then had another incident with a back marker... this one bent the rear, we hang on to P 23 in the end.

Patrick Trappett did an amazing job, going up from P15 to P9 during the race, and having a big crack to try to get to P8 in the last corner, but didn't quite get there.... it was almost a photo finish.

Qualy done, P 15 for Pat for the Driver A race this arvo.

Absolutely manic qualy with all 34 cars on track, whilst we would have preferred to be further up, got to close to our best time in "Ian", so happy with that.

Let's see how the Race goes, Patrick Trappett is ready to go !

Mustang Cup Australia last weekend, Nankang Excel Cup Enduro this weekend....

Not much difference, 4 less cylinders, 420 horsepower less, no ABS, sit in the other side of the car, shifter in other hand, rear wheel drive last weekend vs front wheel drive this week, different governing body - MA last weekend and AASA this weekend.... but the same two drivers !
