Motorcycling Queensland is delivering an upcoming Coaching Course in Gladstone on Friday 27 and Saturday 28 February, providing a great opportunity for current and aspiring coaches to progress their accreditation.

The course will be delivered over two days:
Friday: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am – 9:00am

Following the course, Curtis Coast will be hosting a multi-discipline coaching clinic across the weekend, featuring Motocross, Enduro and Hard Enduro.

Participants will have the opportunity to:
Gain practical coaching hours toward competency requirements
Observe and work alongside experienced coaches from across Queensland
Experience coaching across multiple disciplines in a live training environment

This is an excellent chance to build skills, gain exposure and continue your coaching pathway in a supportive, hands-on setting.

MDMX extends our heartfelt condolences to the loved ones of Joel Evens.
Joel was not only a remarkable person but also a talented rider whose presence left a lasting impact on the sport. It will not be the same without him. Taken from us far too soon, Joel will be deeply missed.

We’re looking for volunteers to help with track marking and event setup. Every pair of hands makes a huge difference!

📅 Event Support – April 26th & 27th
Not riding but still want to be involved? We’d love some extra support with:
✅ Sign-on
✅ Start line assistance (ushering riders into order)
✅ Sweep riders for both junior and senior tracks

🛠️ Assistant Officials – April 26th & 27th
Keen to become an official or upgrade your level? We're chasing assistant officials looking to gain valuable logbook time. A great opportunity to get involved and build your experience in the sport!

We are excited to announce that we have been asked to host the JEDS/WEDS event at our QMP venue on March 15th and 16th, 2025. This is an incredible opportunity for our club, especially as we are in the midst of rebuilding and striving to make the QMP location a hub of activity and community.
Hosting such a prestigious event not only puts our club on the map but also showcases the hard work and dedication that we are all putting in to bring new life to our club. It’s a wonderful moment for us to shine, and we want to make it a memorable experience for everyone involved.
