D40 Navara High Flow Turbine Wheel & Anti Surge Housing In this video, we modify the d40 turbo with a bigger turbine wheel and antisurge compressor housing.

Our customer Jason recently had his D22 tuned. His car is fitted with our duplex chain kit and a high-flow D22 turbo that we supplied.

It made 152WHP and 343NM 23psi Boost 👌

Got our D40 tuned by Bodie at BB Garage - Diesel Performance Centre With just bolt on mods Bodie was able to double the HP and torque from stock giving us 212hp and 507nm 👌

We're hungry for more power 😈 so the plan is to make a custom intercooler.

Custom cold air intake as the stock one is mesuring 2 psi pressure drop at peak power.

Custom exhaust manifold as the stock manifold is very restrictive and our exhaust back pressure is getting high.

This car had 2 broken guides and the chain was so stretched the tensioner plunger was about to fall out. Fitted our double row chain kit, billet oil pump, harmonic balancer and the car runs mint.

We have made special tools to help with replacing the timing chains on a YD25. These tools are free to hire for people who use our parts (just pay the freight). This video shows how they work.

With the extra fuel we got 417hp and 780nm at 45psi boost, After we do some work to the breather we should be good for 450hp

Installed a stroker fuel pump into the d22 and took it to diesel assault drag racing . We didn't have time to retune the car but the car would have been making around 360whp. Keen too see what it will do with good tires and a tune.

344hp and 745nm 45psi boost compound turbo yd25. 👑

The turbo setup is capable of more but we have maxed out the stock fuel pump. Time for a stroker pump😈

Make sure you guys keep on top of your servicing. Only time I see yd25s with spun bearings is if the oil is jelly. Also never reuse the oil cooler off an engine with bottom end damage, the cooler catches the metal and cannot be cleaned properly and the metal will go through your new engine
