Our FQPL Women take on Tarragindi Tigers in the biggest game of the season. After an undefeated campaign, our ladies will be looking to cap off an outstanding season by adding another trophy to the cabinet.

Ipswich FC announces that James Baty will depart the club following the conclusion of the 2026 season to pursue another coaching opportunity in the NPL.

Baty leaves the club having played an important role in a season of significant progress both on and off the pitch, including guiding the team to finals football for the first time in more than six years.

The club would like to thank James for his leadership, commitment and contribution throughout the season.

We wish James every success for the future and thank him for his contribution to Ipswich FC.

𝐴 𝑓𝑒𝑤 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑑𝑠 𝑓𝑟𝑜𝑚 𝐽𝑎𝑚𝑒𝑠:

I just want to take the opportunity to thank everyone at the club for their support throughout the season.

It’s been a season where the club has taken great strides, both on and off the pitch. Having The Pit return and create such a great buzz around Briggs Road was fantastic for the boys and everyone who came along on match days. The atmosphere and support made a real difference.

The success we had on the field couldn’t have been achieved without the hard work and dedication of my backroom staff. Their efforts throughout the season were invaluable and certainly didn’t go unnoticed.

To the playing group, I have nothing but positive things to say. They played some fantastic football for large parts of the season and came incredibly close to achieving something special. The effort, commitment and belief they showed throughout the year was a credit to them.

I wish everyone at the club, and especially the playing group, nothing but success for the future. Hopefully this season can be the foundation for even bigger things to come.
