🏆💚💜 On Friday night, we came together to celebrate the 2026 season, recognise outstanding achievements and thank the many people who make Ipswich Netball possible.

Friday night's Awards Presentation was a celebration of everything that makes Ipswich Netball special. It was a reminder that netball is more than a game, it's our community, built by the players, coaches, managers, umpires, volunteers, clubs, families and supporters who contributed so much to our association throughout the 2026 season.

This year was particularly special as we celebrated 100 Years of Netball in Ipswich. It was an opportunity to reflect on our proud history, celebrate our achievements, and recognise the people who continue to shape the future of our sport.

A special thank you to our Committee and the many volunteers who helped deliver our centenary celebrations, as well as our valued sponsors for their support throughout 2026: Motion Health Rehab and Performance Ipswich Girls Grammar Life Without Barriers Ipswich Solar and Electrical Top Office Group Rose Jensen Kent Lawyers.

Thank you also to our Representative Trial Sponsors: Acquire Strategic Accounting, O'Sullivan Surveys, Wyton Transport, RACQ Bank, Ipswich Parents and Old Boys, Hans Steel.

Congratulations to all of our 2026 award recipients. Thank you for the contribution you have made to our association this season. We are proud to recognise and celebrate your achievements. 🏆💚💜

Honouring a lifetime of service.

On Friday night, we proudly welcomed Craig Firman as the newest Honorary Life Member of Ipswich Netball.

For more than two decades, Craig has been a constant presence in our netball community. Whether coaching, mentoring umpires, supporting clubs, volunteering behind the scenes or helping wherever needed, his contribution has been felt across every level of our Association.

Those who know Craig know that recognition has never been his motivation. He simply shows up, works hard and helps make our community stronger.

Congratulations, Craig, and thank you for everything you have given to Ipswich Netball.
