We have officially closed! What a great last week we had. Thank you to all of my amazing staff and members for your support over the years. I am very much looking forward to seeing you all around the different clubs when I pop in for a visit. As much as I will miss the community I am excited to be able to spend more time with my kids and gain some time back 🥰

We may have been small but we were mighty 💪 A great start to our all women’s BJJ session! Happening every Wednesday 615pm and Saturdays 1130am. Looking forward to seeing many more on the mats soon! From beginners to the experienced, there is a place for everyone!
