The crew is preparing for the push up challenge. Raising funds and awareness for su***de prevention. 3307 push ups across 24 days in June. Each push up represents a life lost to su***de in Australia in the year 2024. You can donate or join us over the month of June to raise money for Headspace Ipswich. LET'S GO!!!!

Qld Sonic Dragons brought home an outstanding medal haul:

The Qld State U18 Team also had a fantastic regatta, securing:

A huge shoutout to Claire and Mikkie who paddled for Manly and in the Invictus team, and to Heather who represented the Para Dragons. We’re so proud to see our paddlers competing across multiple teams and divisions.
