Almost finals time - one week left for Div 1 and 2 for Div 2.

Div 1 - With the mighty Raptors having a bye next week Cam's high-flying Bombers have first place sewn up, with the battle between Choppers and Tigers next week deciding who plays them in the 1st Prelim. Raptors and Sabres are locked in to play the 2nd Prelim.

Div 2 - It's all to play for with 2 rounds left. Wallabies and Quolls have their finals spot booked, but the battle for the other 2 spots is wide open. Some interesting games coming up, with the Kings/Concordes clash looking like the key to finals week.

Hi everyone,

It's AGM season, so please put some time aside on Wednesday 4th March at 7pm for the Ipswich Squash Inc AGM. It should be quite brief 😀

Followed by the Limestone Squash Inc AGM, also quite brief noting we need to adopt a new set of competition rules given the changes in Div 2. A copy of the proposed rules and nomination forms will be provided this week at the Courts.

What a huge couple of days. First Ipswich Floor Sanding & Polishing cleaned off years of sweat and grime, then Wade, Darryl, Peter, Kathryn, and Kelby painted them ready for next week's season launch. They look amazing, can't wait to get on court.

We are back on the 27th and 28th 😁😁

Draws and Teams are done, will be up on the website by Monday, and copies will be on the notice board at PCYC late Tuesday afternoon.

CHANGES!

Both divisons have 7 teams, so there is a bye, and a pool of players to fill in.

Div 2 is now 4-person teams to even out the skill levels. The points for each match will be still be done on the 5-point system however the bonus points for the win will be decided on the matches/games/points result.

Also we have some new players in both divisions which is AWESOME, so please make them welcome.

Div 1 - Sharks, a dominant display on the night, accounting for the Raptors 2-1

Div 2 - Brassall Cessnas, another solid effort beating the Kings 2-1

In the Brisbane comp Limestone 2 are through to the Grand Final in Div 1!!!!!!!!!!!!

They face Acacia Ridge 2 at Acacia Ridge next Thursday, 7pm start.

Rock up to see some more top quality squash.

Prelims done and won, the Grand Final awaits........

Div 1 - The Sharks chewed up the Bombers to end the Minor Premier's season, and now match up against the well-rested Raptors in what will be a predatory battle for glory between two evenly matched teams.

Div 2 - The Limestone Kings shot down Minor Premiers- Brassall Spitfires, with just the Brassall Cessnas circling between them and their late-season run at the ultimate prize....
