One of my clients and I recently did an impromptu photoshoot of her improved flexibility. She was very kind and told me I could play up my role a bit and make a post of it. All I did was make a few stretch suggestions a few months ago. She is the one who did all the hard work, and she gained the rewards. I was amazed at her progress and as her trainer I couldn’t be more proud.
