Latest Timetable Release do we like?

Our new timetable starts Wednesday!

We’ve freshened things up for the season with new class colours to make it easier to find the session style you’re after:

Strength – gym-based weights training
Spin & Sculpt – cardio low impact bike intervals + full-body toning
Reformer Pilates – low-impact strength, mobility and control
Clinical Reformer – tailored, supportive reformer sessions
Hot Pilates – Pilates-style with spice, a beat using bands, circles, balls & light resistance
Mobility & Flow – stretching, mobility and recovery
Box Circuit – boxing, cardio, strength & functional stations
Hybrid Session – strength, cardio and functional conditioning
WOW Challenge – fitness testing and progress tracking
