Hitting the mats at the Pan Pacs this year was a massive personal milestone for me, and I’m super stoked with the outcome:

🥇 1st Place – No Gi
🥈 2nd Place – Gi
Securing a major title in a new category was a huge goal of mine, but none of this happens alone.

A massive thank you to all my amazing students for pushing me every single day in training and keeping me sharp. You guys are the heartbeat of everything I do! 💪

Huge appreciation as well to the entire Grappling Bros family and all the training partners who helped me prepare for this camp—your support and quality rounds made all the difference! 🙌

What a day at the Wollongong Open yesterday! 🥋

We had both kids and adults from Grappling Bros Penrith step onto the mats, support each other and give it their all. We’re so proud of everyone who competed, and grateful to the coaches, families and teammates who cheered them on. 💚💛
