[in] the Know 💛

One of the questions we hear most is...
“I have an injury. Can I still come to class?”
In many cases, yes.
Our instructors can offer modifications and help you find options that feel right for your body on the day. We just recommend checking in with your healthcare provider first to make sure group Reformer Pilates and fitness classes are suitable for you.
Before class, have a quick chat with your instructor and let them know about any injuries, medical conditions or movements you’ve been advised to avoid. From there, we can help you feel supported and confident throughout class.
Because feeling strong doesn’t have to look the same for everyone. 💛

Another question we get asked all the time...
“How long is an inLIFE Wellness class?”
Most of our Reformer Pilates and Fusion classes run for 45 minutes. Just enough time to move, challenge yourself and leave feeling better than when you walked in. 💛
Some of our Fusion classes may run a little differently, so always check the class description in the app when booking.
New to inLIFE? We recommend arriving around 10 minutes early for your first class. It gives you time to meet your instructor, get familiar with the reformer and settle in before class starts.

Low kneeling or high kneeling... do you know the difference? 👀
They might sound similar, but where your hips are positioned can completely change what your body is being asked to do.
Low kneeling: hips towards your heels.
High kneeling: hips lifted over your knees.
That small change can shift the demand on your core, glutes, hips, balance and stability.
So next time your instructor says “move into high kneeling”, you’ll know exactly where you’re going. 💛
