What a fantastic first day for our Éire Óg Juniors! It was so great to see everything come together and run so smoothly. We’ve already had such lovely and positive feedback from families, so a huge thank you to everyone who has worked so hard behind the scenes to make today such a success. It really was a massive team effort.
A special mention to all of our amazing coaches. You all did such a fantastic job today. Seeing the kids out there having fun, getting involved and enjoying themselves was brilliant, and that is a huge credit to you all.
And of course, a big thank you to all the parents for being such good sports and putting your hands up for parent help. Your support makes such a difference and is a massive part of making the mornings run as well as they do. 💙💚💛
We also want to give a huge thank you to our generous sponsors. Their support helps make our Juniors program possible, and we are incredibly grateful for their contribution to our club and our kids.
And finally, a very special mention to our Club Chairperson, Joe Matthews. Joe is one of those people who would never take credit for the enormous amount of work he does, but he has been a mentor, a constant and a driving force behind this club since Day 1. So much of what happens at Éire Óg is possible because of the time, effort and dedication he quietly puts in week after week. We are incredibly lucky to have him. Thank you, Joe. 💙💚💛
Well done everyone on a brilliant Day 1! Let’s keep the momentum going and look forward to seeing everyone back next Sunday for Day 2.
Here’s to another great morning of football, hurling, camogie, fun and plenty of Éire Óg spirit! ☘️💙💚💛
