PNF STRETCHING class this Thursday 19/02 🙌5 to 6 pm.

PNF stretching is a highly effective form of flexibility training combining passive stretching with isometric contractions to increase range of motion. 👌

Bring a mat if you have one or towel and let’s loosen up those muscles 😊
