Friday night plans? Sorted. And your dinner plans just got a serious upgrade!

Samurai Kitchen is rolling back into Brisbane River Golf Club this Friday from 5pm, bringing some seriously good Asian fusion food with them.

And let's talk about their karaage chicken. Crispy, juicy, packed with flavour and quite possibly the best karaage chicken you'll ever eat. We're not saying you should order extra, but sharing might be a terrible decision.

We'll have live music, cold drinks flowing from the bar and plenty of good reasons to stay for another round.

Grab your mates, bring your appetite and come enjoy a Friday night done properly.

From 5pm this Friday at Brisbane River Golf Club. No cooking required, and absolutely no judgement if you go back for seconds.

Brisbane River Golf Club Trivia Night is THIS THURSDAY!
Get your mates together or join a team, but don't miss a great night of fun, food and drinks to lighten up your week.
Trivia starts at 6:30pm so make sure you arrive in time to settle in, order dinner and grab a drink.
BRGC Cafe will be open for dinner, and the bar will be fully stocked and ready to serve you.
Bookings are ESSENTIAL as spots are limited so please call the clubhouse on 07 3201 0833 to book your spot asap!

Good morning golfers
Our Tuesday comp is running today
From the BOM pics these current showers should pass shortly and golf will be commence a little later than usual - around 8 am or so
Carts are currently on with usual wet weather strict conditions
Drive down outside of fairways and walk to hit balls
Stay on cart paths at all times

Tuesday Team Competitions – Time to Mix Things Up!

Fancy something a little different on a Tuesday? We're introducing a fun team competition to run alongside our regular Tuesday Stableford!

Starting tomorrow, Tuesday 20 October, we'll be adding a different team format to the mix, giving members and visitors a chance to change things up, team up with their mates and enjoy a little friendly competition.

The best part? You can play the regular Stableford, enter the team competition, or play both! It's entirely up to you, and you can mix and match from week to week depending on what takes your fancy.

Kicking things off tomorrow is a 4BBB Multiplier!

A format where teamwork really matters, and your partner's score can be just as important as your own. Choose your partner wisely!

The idea is simple: a little variety, a bit of fun and another reason to look forward to Tuesdays at Brisbane River Golf Club.

So grab a partner, give something different a go and see how you fare. Your regular Stableford isn't going anywhere, we're just giving Tuesdays a little more personality!

The morning showers are clearing, the weather is shaping up beautifully, and we've got one very good reason to get out of the house tonight!

For the FIRST TIME EVER, Xolo Mexican Food Truck is rolling into Brisbane River Golf Club from 5pm, bringing what we're calling the BEST Mexican food in Brisbane!

We're talking authentic Mexican street food, incredible birria tacos, traditional tamales and flavours that are going to seriously raise your standards.

If you've never tried proper Mexican street food, tonight's the night. And if you have, you already know what all the fuss is about.

For the FIRST TIME EVER, we're welcoming Xolo Mexican Food Truck to Brisbane River Golf Club this Friday from 5pm, and trust us, this is nacho average Mexican food!

We're talking proper, authentic Mexican street food from what we're proudly calling the BEST Mexican food truck in Brisbane!

Whether your go-to is mouth-watering birria tacos or traditional tamales, Xolo brings incredible flavours that'll make you question every Mexican meal you've ever eaten.

AMERICAN FOURSOMES – THIS SATURDAY AT BRGC!

Think you and your favourite golfing partner make a great team? Saturday might be the day to put that theory to the test.

We're playing American Foursomes at Brisbane River Golf Club, an 18-hole, two-person competition where both players tee off, swap balls for their second shots, choose the best result and then alternate shots all the way to the hole.

It's a fantastic format involving teamwork, strategy and a remarkable amount of trust in someone else's golf swing.

Choose your partner wisely. You'll be sharing the scorecard, the glory and potentially the blame.

Come along, enjoy a different style of competition and see whether your partnership survives all 18 holes.

What a fantastic day for the 2026 Karana Cup at Brisbane River Golf Club last Saturday!

A great field, some outstanding golf and plenty of hard-fought battles across the grades. The course certainly made everyone earn their scores, but the standard of play and sportsmanship throughout the day was excellent.

A huge thank you to our greenkeeping team for presenting the course in such great condition. Their hard work really shone through and provided a fantastic setting for one of our biggest events of the year.

Congratulations to all our winners and placegetters, and thank you to everyone who competed and made the day such a success.

Another brilliant Karana Cup in the books. We'll do it all again next year!

FRIDAY HAS ARRIVED, AND SO HAS YOUR EXCUSE NOT TO COOK.

Roamin' Pizza is firing up the woodfired oven at Brisbane River Golf Club TONIGHT from 5pm, serving up their crowd favourites plus a few extra specials.

Hot pizza, cold drinks, live music and absolutely no reason to go home and stare into the fridge for 20 minutes pretending something exciting might appear.

Bring the family, grab your mates and come down for a proper Friday night feed.
