From playing in a Grand Final to travelling to Darwin the very next day to play in a trial game — that’s dedication.

We’re incredibly proud of you girls for continuing to show up, work hard and take every opportunity that comes your way. 💙🩵

Well done, girls!

Heartbreak at the final siren.

Unlucky to our Eastside girls, who worked tirelessly for all four quarters in the heat and gave absolutely everything they had until the very end.

We always know we’re in for a tough contest when we come up against Arnhem Crows, and today was no different. Our girls fought hard, backed each other and never stopped pushing — but unfortunately, it just wasn’t our day.

A Grand Final loss hurts, especially when it comes down to the final moments, but we couldn’t be prouder of the fight and heart shown by this group.

Eastside 5.6.36
Arnhem Crows 6.6.42

Heads held high, girls. 💙🩵
Proud to be Double Blue, always.

Our Double Blues head into the main break with the lead after a massive second quarter! 🔥

Nikesha Jones has been on fire, slotting three consecutive goals — including turning an accidental fall into an incredible mark on the ground! 😂👏🏾

The Eastside girls controlled the quarter, holding around 90% of the momentum and continuing to push hard across the ground.

☀️ The weather is HOT.
💨 The wind is STRONG.
📣 The crowd is LOUD.
👏🏽 And our girls are doing us PROUD!

Two quarters to go. Keep pushing, keep fighting and bring it home, girls!

LET’S GO EASTSIDE! 🩵💙
