📣 2027 Senior Men Coaches: Liam Stanley & Jackson Whicker 🦁

Kedron Lions are excited to announce our 2027 Senior Men Co‑Coaches: Liam Stanley and Jackson Whicker.

Jackson Whicker has been a Redlegger for a large part of his life, starting as a five-year-old in Under 8’s with Larry Clark as his coach. He has played 250 games for the club, including 100 senior games. After an ACL tear early in 2025, Jackson stepped straight into the coaches box to support Kym, Craig Pendlebury and Lee Fathers with opposition analysis, quickly becoming a rational voice and providing an analytical edge to the coaching group. After being an Assistant Coach in 2026, he is humbled to now be Senior Head Co-Coach at the club he grew up in. Jackson is focused not just on short-term success, but on laying strong foundations for future Redleggers.

Liam ‘Goose’ Stanley joins the top job after two seasons at Kedron as a player and assistant coach. Before moving to Brisbane, Liam spent more than a decade at Pint Football Club in the NTFL, where he played, coached and served on the committee. He says the club has been amazing to him since arriving and he can’t wait to repay the faith over the next couple of years as we chase a premiership.

Please join us in congratulating Liam and Jackson and wishing them all the best as they lead our Senior Men’s team into 2027. 🦁
