Running in the bush is all about the experience of trail running at its best. If there is a bush trail out there we find it and go for a run. Often on trails that are part of organised events and often exploring new trails that might become an event one day. The challenge of running up the side of mountains is often forgotten by the shear beauty of nature that you are submersed in. There are no traffic lights, no motor vehicles, no buildings, just you and some mates in the natural elements. Running in the bush is therapy for almost every ailment you might carry as a runner either physical or phsycological, so get out there, get cured and get lost in the bush, you know what I mean.
