We’re so excited to bring you three beautiful ways to practice each week with our incredible Lauren 🤍
All classes are beginner-friendly and pregnancy-friendly, so you can step onto the mat exactly as you are.
🧘♂️Yin Yoga — Tuesdays at 8pm
Slow down and sink in. This deeply restorative class focuses on fascia and the body’s energetic system, with longer-held poses (3–5 minutes) to encourage release, stillness, and a calm, meditative state.
🧘♀️Vinyasa — Wednesdays at 7pm
Flow, build, and feel strong. A dynamic class blending strength and flexibility, designed to challenge without overwhelm. Expect a gradual build, a satisfying flow, and a grounding wind-down that leaves you feeling lighter and clear-headed.
🧘Slow Flow — Saturdays at 8am (45 mins)
Start your weekend with intention. A mindful, steady-paced practice that blends gentle movement with moments of stillness. Focus on breath, awareness, and connection—leaving you grounded, balanced, and refreshed.

That’s why we have added in the perfect class to help you slow down and breathe every Friday in December leading up to Christmas.
Lauren will take you through her signature dreamy Yin class for 60 minutes - this class is suitable for all levels including beginners and it’s also pregnancy friendly.
Join using any of our Mat passes, Memberships or Monthly Passes.
This one is also included in our 6 WEEK CHALLENGE.
