made the 70m final and finished 5th, .oglethorpe also finished 5th in the junior 120m

The ever reliable Cam Dunbar made another podium, finishing 3rd in the 300m masters.

Newcomer .young10 is starting to make his mark, making both 70m and gift semi finals, running a PB in the 120m

Quiet day at Frankston with not the full squad competing, but had some great performances, including a heap of a heat wins and even a podium.

and both made the 400m final, Haighy even went on to finish 3rd
