A huge thank you to our outgoing committee members ๐
Following our AGM, some of our long-serving and absolutely fantastic committee members have stepped down to spend more time with their families. The good news is that Greg, Angela, Dallas and Nicole aren't going anywhere! They'll be staying on as coaches and managers, and we know they'll be just as helpful and club-minded as ever, just not in formal committee roles.
To Kate - thank you for doing such a fantastic job as President over the last two seasons. You've made a significant impact on our club and we're so grateful.
To Dave - thank you for all your hard work as Comp Sec and coach. Your sense of humour and friendly greetings will be missed around the grounds.
To Kate and Dave's kids, Jacob and Michaela - thank you for being absolute champions alongside your mum and dad. We're pretty sure we'll see Micky as President of Hills Spirit one day!
To Dallas - ground manager extraordinaire! Thank you to you and your boys for all the hard work during the week and on weekends. You'll be very hard to replace. And to Nicole, thank you for always being there and for everything you do to support Dallas and the team.
To Greg and Angela - thank you for all the things! What an amazing team you are, with great energy and enthusiasm for getting things done. With your boys always ready to lend a hand too, you are definitely Team Burge!
To Sue - you've held a number of roles over the years and are always willing to lend a hand. And to Damien, thank you for your support for Sue and the club behind the scenes.
To Gurjot - thank you for your work as Treasurer over the last couple of years. We're pleased to welcome Nicole Worsmam into the role.
You're all long-term members of Hills Spirit, and on behalf of everyone here at the club, thank you for the enormous time and effort you've put into making things work for our players every weekend for so many seasons. We couldn't have done it without you ๐โฝ
