🏐💛💚 JUNIOR SUMMER NETBALL IS STILL GOING AHEAD!

Good news! The wet weather is clearing up in Appin and the courts are drying out, so we’re still planning to kick off this afternoon! 🎉

🌧️ If the rain returns at 5pm, we’ll go ahead with a meet and greet and shirt collection under cover, giving everyone the chance to meet their coaches and teammates before we can hit the courts.

We can’t wait to see all our little netballers this afternoon!

💚💛 PRESENTATION 2026 💛💚

We love our small Waratahs family. Congratulations to our two junior teams on their season of netball.

🏆Shoutouts 🏆-
JD3 Taipans. This team fought all the way to the prelim final. They might not have got to the GF, but they proved how great of a team they are by receiving the Sportsmanship Award.
SD8 - They might not have won many games, but they had fun playing. They made sure (most) of the other teams did too. They also received the Sportsmanship Award.

🥇 Junior Club person of the Year - Layla. Such an honor presenting this award to our most passionate player.
🎖️ 5 years' service - Tabitha and Ebony.
📣 Umpire of the year - Kristy. Kristy umpired many levels of netball, received her National B badge and C&DNA Umpire of the Year Award.
