Yesterday was our August Kids BJJ Grading.

What a fantastic day with some awesome Jiujutsu on display. Congrats to all those who levelled up with stripes and belts...amazing work.
Huge thank you to the coaches who came in to assist.
Huge thanks to all the families and friends who came along to support the kids and watch their work.
An amazing day, an amazing, supportive, community.

Awesome seminars today with Coach Gavin Hain.
Mauy Thai/Kickboxing session this morning focussing on Footwork, Cutting angles and combos.
Then a BJJ seminar this afternoon looking at Baratoplata and shoulder locks/combos. Amazing details and options ...will definitely be working these into my game.
Massive thanks to .bjj for coming down and sharing his knowledge.
Thanks to all those who came in and joined in. Fantastic way to spend a Saturday with fantastic people...learning, growing and getting better.
