Ready to take your swimming to the next level? Our Foundation Squad is all about building strong technique, confidence and efficient swimming across all four strokes! 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

📅 Mondays & Wednesdays
⏰ 4:00pm – 5:00pm
💙 Members: $10 per session
💙 Non-members: $15 per session

Swimmers will work on skills, drills, streamlining, kicking, timing and breathing using 25m sets.

🎒 What to bring: Kickboard, flippers & goggles.

We wish to advise our community that Aqua Fitness classes will not be running this Thursday due to staff shortages.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s understanding. 💙
