Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is coming up on the 25th of September on Discord at 6pm.
At this meeting we will receive the 2026 President and Treasurer's reports, confirm our Club's constitution, vote on several constitutional amendments and hold elections for our new Executive team.
All current full members of UNSW Wandering Society are eligible to vote at the AGM. If you cannot attend, you can nominate a proxy to vote on your behalf. Please send us an email for further details prior to 11:59pm Thursday, 24 September.

Executive and Subcommittee Nominations:
All Executive positions will be elected at the AGM and are open to UNSW students who are full members of the UNSW Wandering Society. If you nominate for an exec position, please note your attendance is expected at the AGM.
Exec nominations are open via the form linked in our bio and will close on Thursday, 24 September 2026 at 11:59pm. Details about each position will be in the form.
Subcom nominations are also open and will close Friday, 2 October 2026 at 11:59pm. Subcoms will be decided on by the newly elected exec team.
Quorum must be met before the meeting can begin, so please arrive a few minutes early.
