It's simple: players team up with an individual, family or business willing to become a Player Supporter, helping support their club costs while building genuine, lasting connections within the KCC family.

This isn't just about covering subs, it's about welcoming new faces into the club and supporting players to stay involved.

🚨 PLAYER SIGNING 🚨

We're excited to welcome Rayyan Ahmed to Kew Cricket Club for the 2026/27 season.

Originally from Mombasa, Kenya, Rayyan progressed through the representative pathway, competing against teams from across Kenya and East Africa. He played for the renowned Mombasa Sports Club, where he was the club's leading run scorer in 2021 before finishing as the competition's leading run scorer in 2023, earning the Mombasa Best Batsman of the Year award.

Since relocating to Australia in 2024, Rayyan has been working as a full-time cricket coach. Looking ahead to the 2026/27 season, he is eager to return to playing, bringing his experience and passion back onto the field 💪

We're excited to welcome Ralf Beer to Kew Cricket Club for the 2026/27 season.

A talented wicketkeeper-batter, Ralf joins us from the UK, bringing First XI experience with Valley End Cricket Club in the highly competitive Surrey Premier League. Having progressed through the Berkshire and Hampshire representative pathways, Ralf has developed into an exciting young player with a strong cricketing background.

Ralf will add quality and depth to our senior squad with both the gloves and the bat.

🚨PLAYER SIGNING 🚨

We're excited to welcome James “JB” Bartholomeusz to Kew Cricket Club for the 2026/27 season.

JB is a highly experienced cricketer and coach with a long-standing connection to Ormond Cricket Club. Across 15 years of senior cricket, he has played more than 200 senior matches, including over 150 First XI appearances, and has also enjoyed two successful overseas seasons in the UK.

He served as Ormond's Senior Head Coach for two seasons and has played a significant role in the club's junior development, coaching for multiple years including a premiership-winning A Grade team in Under 16, while also assisting within the Under 12 pathway.

Away from cricket, JB combines his passion for sport with education. He has taught and coached at leading independent schools, Wesley College and Haileybury, and is currently a PE & leading Sport Teacher at Kilvington Grammar.

JB joins Kew Cricket Club as our Craig Shield Head Coach and will also play an integral role within the senior playing group.
