"Overlap" is when a performer or action enters/exits a frame, or crosses from one shot to another, creating a natural flow between camera angles!

Here's a breakdown of how to do a Tornado Kick! This move is a great inspiration between both the Parkour and Martial Arts world! This move can be paired with Pop-180 kicks and even Stunt School to show off combos and epic content!

Our coaches are highly trained and care deeply about creating a welcoming, fun community where kids can grow, build friendships, and reach their full potential. Our lessons are designed and built from the ground up for all learning styles!

We have 7 clubs across VIC and NSW and many more to come. Sessions run 52 weeks of the year for those that need consistency through the holidays.

With classes after school and on Saturdays for School ages, weekday mornings for Kinder ages, as well as 1:1's, School Holiday Programs, and special events throughout the year, there's something for everyone.
