I am currently on sunny K’gari so I will not be taking my Friday and Sunday classes at Genesis Health and Fitness Lilydale they will be covered by the lovely Jaz!

Yesterday was the last class for term 1 at Japara House! Booking are open for term 2 on their website.

REMINDER:

There’s no yoga on Monday 9th of March because of the Labour Day holiday.

Enjoy a quiet day and we will get back to Monday yoga the following week!

Hatha Yoga classes runs on Monday 6-7pm and Wednesday 6-7pm.

Give it a try! It’s such a great class (if I do say so myself!) and you deserve some time for yourself ❤️
