Joe's Disciples

It was an event for the ages in Croydon CBD today, as the Grand Final parade passed through Main Street with players from both Joe’s Disciples and INK being cheered by hordes of loyal fans.

When captain was asked about the teams approach to the big game tomorrow, he simply pointed at the Disciples logo emblazoned upon his Kmart hoody and started singing the chorus to Dancing in the Dark by Bruce Springsteen before breaking down in tears.
It’s still not clear what this all meant, but it was beyond powerful.

For those of you who’ve been living under a Dwayne the Rock Johnson; the ‘cipes are appearing in the BIG DANCE tonight. Fans from from Ringwood all the way to Lilydale and everywhere in between (looking at you from Mooroolbark) came out to the Grand Final Parade over the weekend where we marched down Mt Dandenong Rd to Joe’s training facility Aquahub™️ in Croydon. Dreams became reality after the ‘cipes got on top of Nothin’ but Net by the tune of 23 points (swipe for stats), stamping a ticket to the Grand Final for the first time in club history!
CEO Spaghetti has been in tears all week but assured us he will be strong as a rock come game time. Coach Gucci Kane has risen from his death bed to take the reigns again “playing, coaching, cheerleading... it doesn’t matter, I gotta do what it takes for this club to get the phattest of dubs”.
