WHAT I EAT IN A DAY! ๐Ÿ’ซ

1800 Calories

Meal 1: Breakfast Burrito Wrap! 313 Calories P:21g C:34g F:11g

Meal 2: Bagel ๐Ÿฅฏ & Cream Cheese! Calories: 301 P:12 C:47g F:8g

Meal 3: Vegetable Chips Calories: 90 & peppermint tea ๐Ÿต

Meal 4: Chicken Sandwich ๐Ÿฅช Calories: 512 P:45g C:44g F: 17g

Meal 5: Spaghetti Bolognese with a touch of sour cream! Calories: 465 P:48g C:42 F:12g

Feel like life has been so hetic lately I am forgetting to take care of myself! ๐Ÿค

This day moving forward I promise too:

โ€ข Allowing 30 minutes in the morning for myself, whether thatโ€™s getting ready, having a tea & breakfast. Morning Stretch before I start work.

โ€ข Make my Bed, this is one thing I use to do all the time and have run short on lately. When we have a clean space we have a clear mind & I always feel better when things are clean! ๐Ÿค

โ€ข Workout or 45 - 1.5 of exercise daily. Whether thatโ€™s a walk, weight session. Stretch Class. I do this to keep me sane! I never feel myself when Iโ€™m not moving my body! โœจ

โ€ข Accountability! Wearing my Apple Watch โŒš๏ธ holds me accountable for my daily movement & workouts!

โ€ข Time Management: something Iโ€™m quite good at, as I have everything booked in! But can improve on to allow myself more time for myself / self care / content days / social life.

Physically writing done a to do list and ticking โœ… it off every day will help make you feel accomplished and feel like you have won the day! Itโ€™s time to get back into it!

it has been over a year now since I have hit the heaviest weight on the scales I had ever become. To the point where I refused to stand on them. Or I would take a photo on my phone of what the scales said and refused to look at it!! ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

From stage weight of 53-54kgs to nearly hitting 70kgs.
(I honestly couldn't tell you but it would have been around that) I mentally abused and tormented myself over the scales! What did I do?

I moved states and refused to step on them again! I did things I enjoyed. F45, hiking, went to gym, eating ice cream! And just let my body relax and enjoy life!! โ˜€๏ธ

and you know what? I still do all the same things I love to this day! I am now capable of stepping on the scales once a week and being happy of what ever weight I see!

I now weigh: 63kgs back to my normal weight I was prior to all the competitions and resistance training.

I now do HIIT every morning for 30-45 minutes with my beautiful clients and go for a run or walk with my friends and I love every moment of my lifestyle right now! No restricted diet or training!
